Sheryl-Underwood
Sheryl Underwood, she is an American comedian and television host popular as host on The Talk, a popular talk show broadcast on daytime television. Born in Arkansas she grew up within Little Rock and Atwater. Sheryl is from a troubled family. Sheryl was a part of her childhood caring for her sister Frankie, who had polio. Growing up, she faced many difficulties with her mom. Sheryl states that her mother was once brutally beaten by her father for getting too close. Following her college graduation Sheryl entered the military. Sheryl's interest in comedy was more pronounced. She was the first female to make it to the top of the Miller Lite Comedy Search contest. She started her TV career in the year 1992 when she appeared as a frequent participant on the HBO comedy series Def Comedy Jam. Then in 2000 she starred as host of the TV talk show Oh Drama! Since 2011 she has been hosting as a co-host of The Talk, a talk show. The Talk. Additionally, she has portrayed fictional characters in series like Bulworth Nikki, Bulworth or Beauty Shop.
